The Master's Touch Automotive is family operated. Currently ran by Thomas and Nina Chung, while the majority of the family still remains active within the business. Now you see Thomas and Nina teaching the next generation how to run the books and manage the shop. They like to impart their knowledge of vehicles to the customers as well as the family.
After Thomas finished school and received a bachelor of science in automotive, he went on to work at Autobahn, a dealership that specializes in Volvos and sells many other cars. He continued to work at other Volvo dealerships, building up his knowledge and experience for a little over 30 years. In 2009 The Master's Touch was opened for work. Nina was working the books and helping customers in the office, while Thomas was working in the back. Tony and Kari, two of their children, were helping as well.
We have been in business for 11 years and are still training the next generation to take over. Now Jason, Kari's husband, is working in the back and his family is learning how to run the shop. One day soon Thomas and Nina plan to pass the shop, all the tools and the crazy, down to Jason and his family.
